5 lbs beef short ribs
½ cup sweet cooking rice wine
1 ½ cup sugar
1 onion
½ cup salad oil
3 tbls cloves garlic
1 cup pineapple
1 cup soy sauce
3 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the beef short ribs with water and soak in water for 2 hours.

Blend onion, pineapple, and garlic separately.

Mix these in with sugar, rice wine, salad oil, soy sauce, and black pepper together in a big bowl.

Take the short ribs out of the water and place in the bowl with the mixed ingredients. Ensure that the sauce is between each piece of the beef short ribs. Marinate in the refrigerator for half a day.

Cook beef on a grill (BBQ Style) until done.
