Mushroom Crescents Recipe

2 Cups flour
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup butter
1/2 tsp salt

1/2 medium onion finely chopped
1 lb mushrooms diced
Salt and pepper
2 Tbs flour
1/2 cup sour cream.

Make dough and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

In 1 T butter, saute the onion and mushrooms
til just softened. Add salt and pepper to taste,
flour and sour cream. Mix til thoroughly combined.

Roll dough to 1/8 " thickness and cut into 3 " rounds.
Place one Tb of mix into the center of round.
Moisten edges with mix of water and egg white.
Fold over and seal.

Bake on a cookie tray lined with parchment or
silpat in a 375 F oven for about 15 minutes or until nicely
