4 cups thinly sliced apples
1 cup pecans
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup Crisco Oil
1 TBS vanilla
1 1/2 cups sugar

Cream Cheese Icing:
1/2 stick oleo
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
1 - 1lb powdered sugar

Mix all ingredients in large bowl with mixer. Put in two 8" round pans or one 9"x12" pan. Bake @
350 45-60 minutes. Eat with or without the Cream Cheese Icing.
