1 c flour
4 c candied mixed fruit
1 lb. raisins
2 c walnuts
1 Duncan Hines spice cake mix
3 large eggs beaten
1 qt. brandied mincemeat

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, sprinkle flour over fruit and nuts. Mix well. Add cake mix, eggs and mincemeat. Combine well. Pour into angel food pan or 3 loaf pans, greased. Bake 300 degrees for 2 hours.This one is very simple but very good.
