6 or 7 Large Eggs
1 C Sugar
1 1/4 C Flour
1 t Baking Powder
1 t Vanilla
1/2 t Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs. Beat egg whites at medium speed until stiff. Add sugar gradually and keep beating until very stiff. Add yolks, beat until stiff. Sift all dry ingredients together. Fold in dry ingredients a little at a time. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes in a greased cake pan.
