6to 8 Hoagie Rolls
2 bags of Fresh Spinach
6 large Skinned Chicken Breast
16 Slices of Swiss Cheese
2 tblsp. of Crushed Garlic
1/4 Olive Oil
Season Salt
Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash cut chicken into strips and season, heat oil, place chicken in hot oil, turning until chicken is slightly brown, add spinach, garlic, tcook on medium heat,stir often until spinach is tender. Set aside. Fill each Roll with ingredients, add 1 to 2 slices of Swiss Cheese and bake on 400 degrees until cheese is melted. Serve Hot
