1 chicken, cut up
2 T. oil
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. ginger
Dash of mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix the oil, salt, pepper, ginger, and mustard. Rub mixture into chicken, over and under the skin. Broil about 3 inches from broiler, skin side up for 20 minutes. Turn and broil for another 20 minutes. Baste occasionally. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes and gravy.
