Spaghettini with Wild Mushrooms Recipe

2 T. olive oil
1 lb. mushrooms (cremini and shitake), sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. fresh minced rosemary
1c. beef broth
salt and ground pepper
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. spaghettini

In a large saute pan over high heat, heat the olive oil and saute the mushrooms, garlic and rosemary until the mushrooms are browned (about 5 minutes).
Pour in the broth and cook to reduce by half. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the pasta until al dente and drain.
Put the pasta in a large bowl and toss with the mushroom sauce. Sprinkle with cheese to taste and serve.
Serves 6
