Ham whole or half:

1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. vinegar
Whole cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Remove outer skin from ham, score fat side of ham
and insert cloves on fat side.

Wrap ham in tin foil, pour mixture on ham and seal foil.

Bake in shallow pan.

Bake at 275 - 300º 30 minutes per lb.
