1 pkg. KNORR Vegetable Soup Mix
2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach - thawed & squeezed dry
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts - coursely chopped
3-4 Spring Onions - chopped
Pumpernickel Round from bakery

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl combine soup mix, sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir in spinach, onions and water chestnuts. Cover and chill. Stir well before serving in a hollowed out pumpernickel round and your choice of crackers.
