1 lb. package of zesty italian sausage
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. Bisquick

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together with your clean hands until well blended. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or until sausage is fully cooked. Drain on a paper towel and serve warm.
