1 green pepper 1 large tomato 1 can corn 1 can kidney beans oil and vinegar to taste salt and pepper to taste
1. Drain corn and kidney beans and place in medium bowl. 2. Cut pepper and tomato into small pieces and add beans and corn. 3. Add oil and vinegar and salt and pepper and refrigerate well before serving.
