1/4 lb margarine
3 cups flour
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Cream shortening together with margarine. Mix in flour. Batter will be very stiff, and my may have to use your hands to fully incorporate the flour. Roll into a ball, cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes. Generously flour a piece of waxed paper placed on a slightly dampened area of counter (to keep waxed paper from moving). Divide the dough into 3 pieces and flatten each piece into a disk. Place one disk on the waxed paper and generously flour the top of the disk. Cover with an additional piece of waxed paper and roll out into a 10"-12" circle. Remove the top piece of waxed paper and carefully lift the bottom piece and invert into a pie plate. If using for a single crust pie, prick the crust generously with a fork, line with aluminium foil and fill with cooking beads or beans.
