1 pkg. (19.8 oz.) fudge brownie mix (or a homemade brownie recipe works as well)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare the brownie mix or make your homemade brownies. Pour into a greased 13" x 9" baking pan. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric beater on medium speed until smooth. Add sugar until blended. Add egg and vanilla. Mix until just blended. Pour cream cheese mixture over the brownie mixture as evenly as possible. Cut through the batter with knife several times for a marble effect. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until cream cheese mixture is lightly browned.
