3 c. flour
3 sticks butter softened
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients in small bowl & set aside.
Cream butter & sugar, add eggs one at a time, add sour cream & vanilla. Add dry ingredients a little at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
Spray Bundt pan w/ PAM. Mix 3/4 c brown sugar & 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. Spoon a layer of batter into pan, layer brown sugar mixture ending w/ layer of batter. Mix 2 Tbsp. water w/ 2 Tbsp. vanilla, and pour over batter. Bake at 325 degree oven for 55-60 min. Cake is done when toothpick inserted comes out clean.

I find that this tastes even better when you don’t follow the measurements for the brown sugar and cinnamon…more is always better.
