1/4 c plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. salt free herb seasoning blend
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 c corn flake crumbs
2 bone-in chicken breasts
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

1. In shallow bowl coming yogurt, seasoning, lemon juice, and mustard.
2. In separate bowl, combine corn flakes and cheese.
3. Roll chicken in yogurt mix, then crumbs.
4. Place chicken in greased 8 x 8 baking dish.
5. Bake 350 for 30 - 45 minutes uncovered.
