Directions:
Place in bread machine on dough cycle. When cycle is done, spread dough out flat in a circle on a buttered cookie sheet. Spread with a mixture of 3 T flour, 2 T cinnamon, 3 T honey, and 1 T water. Fold dough over and wrap up into a mound. Turn your oven on to 350. Place bread in oven while it's preheating so it rises. When timer dings that the oven is heated, bake for 35 minutes. This bread is scrumptious warm from the oven and drizzled with icing.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Joe developed this recipe after his sister Debbie kept bringing this wonderful, totally natural (no preservatives) bread home with her from NY. It was from the Montana Bread Co. or something like that. So he simply looked at the ingredients. He did some experimenting and came up with this recipe.
