Swiss Chicken Casserole Recipe

4 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 tsp. salt
2 c. celery, sliced
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. toasted bread cubes
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. toasted almonds, slivered

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly butter a 2-quart
casserole. Combine chicken, celery and bread cubes. Blend well the mayonnaise, milk, salt & pepper. Mix in onion and cheese. Pour over chicken mixture and toss until well blended. Spoon into casserole. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes.
