Turkey Oyster Dressing Recipe

Day-old bread, broken into bite-size pieces, 3-4 quarts.
(1 1/2 to 2 lbs)
Onion, 1/2 cup finely chopped
Celery, 3/4 cup finely chopped
Salt, 1 Tbsp.
Pepper, 1/4 tsp.
Poultry Seasoning, 1 1/2 tsp.
Eggs, 6 well-beaten
Oysters, 1 qt. standard size

Cook oysters with chopped onion and celery until
oysters curl slightly around edges.
Turkey broth, 1 and 1/2 cups (or as needed to make dressing moist)
Turkey giblets, chopped
Combine all ingredients. Makes enough for 12-16
lb. turkey. Bake in lightly greased 9x13 baking pan
at 350 degrees until it cooks up in center.
