1 Large Cool Whip
3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cup plain flour
1 cup of chopped pecans
2 regular pkgs of instant chocolate pudding
12 oz softened cream cheese
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 cup of milk

Preheat oven to 350
Melt butter and mix in flour and pecans.
Press in a 9 x 13 pan and bake for 20 minutes and Cool

Cream sugar and cream cheese together until smooth.
Fold in 1/2 of the cool whip
Spread over cooled crust and place in refrigerator.

With a mixer or wire wisk mix instant pudding with 3 cups of milk.
Spread over the cream cheese mixture.
Top with the rest of the cool whip and Sprinkle with some chopped pecans or cherries.
Keep in refrigerator until time to serve.
