1 5-oz pkg long grain yellow rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8-oz. carton sour cream
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 12-oz can Mexicorn, drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1 8-oz. can tiny English peas, drained
1 2-oz. jar diced pimiento, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Cook rice according to package directions. Blend
soup, sour cream and margarine. Combine all
ingredients except cheese. Bake 350º F. for 30 minutes in 7x11 pan. Top with cheese and bake five more minutes.
