1/2 lb. green beans, snapped
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 cup tomato juice
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
1/2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley

Cook together until vegetables are tender.

This recipe is from a Florida newspaper. Many times when I make this I use a can of carrots, a pint of canned green beans and sweet basil instead of the rosemary. I really like this on the second day, unheated.
