1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2/3 cup oil
1 egg
1 cup sour milk
1 tsp. each salt, soda, vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups rhubarb
1/2 cups diced nuts
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tlbs. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together until smooth the first five ingredients.
Then, add and stir in the flour, rhubarb and nuts.
Put in loaf pan.
Crumble together the 1 tlbs. butter and 1/2 cup sugar and sprinkle over dough in pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
