Ingredients:  
1 1/2 to 2 lbs hamburger or cooked chopped chicken
1/4 to 1/2 onion, chopped
1 can refried beans
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pkg tostitoes, crushed
salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili -- to taste
2 c grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat with onion and all seasonings. Add refried beans, rotel and cream of mushroom soup.

Spray 9x13 pan with pam and put in crushed tostitoes. Spread meat mixture on top, add grated cheese and bake 350 degrees until cheese is melted and bubbly.
