Dry Rub

- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp thyme
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- Pork tenderloin


Sauce

- 3 tsp vegetable oil
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- ½ cup cider vinegar
- ½ cup honey
- 2 cup chili sauce
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Apply dry rub to tenderloins/ribs; cool in refrigerator for at least 6 hours.

1. Sauté onion and garlic in vegetable oil
2. Stir in other ingredients; let simmer
3. Save ½ of the sauce for serving
4. Grill the pork then baste with sauce last 5 minutes or until glazed and brown
