French Toast Recipe

4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
12 slices texas toast
2 cups corn flakes- crumbled fine

2 2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup water
1 1/3 cups white corn syrup
2 tsp cinnamon
10 oz evap milk
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp vanilla

Dip the bread into the mixture. Roll in crumbled corn flakes. (Put on a cookie sheet and freeze over night if desired.) Take out of freezer. Melt 1/2 cup butter and drizzle over the top. Bake for 10--15 minutes. Turn once. Serve with brown sugar and half and half . For the syrup recipe , mix all the ingredients as given.
