(2) small or (1) large box raspberry jello
(1) 16 oz. can crushed pineapple
(1) can blueberry pie filling
(1) 8 oz. tub sour cream
(1) 8 oz. block cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the jello following the directions on the box. Stir in the pineapple and blueberry pie filling. Put in the frig and let it get set. Mix the sour cream, cream cheese and sugar together with a mixer. Spread over the set jello. Put back into the frig for at least a couple of hours so the topping will set.

I make this in a glass pan - (if you have one that's a little smaller than the 9x12, that is perfect). I make the jello at night and then make the topping in the morning. It is then ready to eat with a late lunch or dinner. This is so good, you could almost eat it for a dessert!
