1/2 cup butter,
3/4 cup sugar,
2 eggs,
1 t vanilla,
3/4 flour,
2 T cocoa,
1/4 t baking powder,
1/2 cup nuts,
2 cup marshmallows,
1 pkg - 6 oz choc chips,
1 cup peanut butter,
1 1/2 cup rice krispies,

Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs and vanilla. Then add flour, cocoa, baking powder and nuts. Spread on greased 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350F.
Add marshmallow and return to over for 3 minutes.
Melt choc chips and peanut butter. Add rice krispies and spread over bake crust.
