Sprinkle nuts in greased 9x13 pan.
1 yellow or white cake mix in a bowl & add 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding, 1 t vanilla, 4 eggs, 3/4 c. oil, 3/4 c. water. Mix as a cake mix & pour a little over half of batter in pan over the nuts.

Mix 3/4 c. sugar & 1 t. cinnamon (sometimes I mix brown & white sugar for this). Sprinkle this over the batter. You can sprinkle all over the first half or save half to put on the top of the cake. Add remaining batter & sprinkle nuts over top of cake.(If you saved part of the sugar, sprinkle this on with the nuts). We liked it both ways.

topping: 3 T. milk, 1 c. powered sugar....stir together and pour over cake shortly after removing from oven.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes....until toothpick comes out clean.
