1/2 c butter or margarine
1 c granulated sugar
3/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c milk
2 T orange juice
1 egg
3 c flour
1 t baking powder
1/4 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
2 1/2 c coarsley chopped cranberries
1 c chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a large baking sheet, 11x15x1". Cream butter and sugars together. Beat in milk, OJ and egg. Sift together dry ingredients and mix well with creamed mixture. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Spread batter in pan and sprinkle with granulated sugar. Bake 40-45 min or until golden brown.
