1/3 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup olive or grapeseed oil
2 Tablespoons sesame oil
1 Tablespoon agave or honey
1 Tablespoon miso paste
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
1 inch piece of ginger, peeled
1 large garlic clove, peeled

Directions:

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until dressing is well-blended and creamy. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator. Makes 3/4 cup.
