1 tsp white vinegar
Water
Ice

Directions:
In a lg pot, with enough water about ½ way up. Add the vinegar and stir. Bring to a boil, turn down to medium heat, add the eggs, and cook for 6 minutes exactly. While you are boiling the eggs, you want to make yourself an ice water bath by adding ice and cold water in a large bowl. As soon as your eggs are done place inside your water bath for 5 to 10 minutes until they are cold. Peel cut in half and enjoy.

Personal Notes:
I usually make 1 dozen. You can use this in ramen bowls, on the top of a rice bowl, for breakfast or even breakfast ramen (recipe). The vinegar helps the yolk stay in the center of the egg while cooking. I like to soak them in a soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, chili crisp dressing (thinned out with 2 tbsp water). These are called Shoyu Tamago.
