2 1/2 C. flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. molasses
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375

Sift flour - measure.

Sift well with baking soda, salt, ginger & cinnamon
Cream butter - add sugar. Beat in molasses & egg.
Add flour.

Chill for one hour

Roll dough and cut out in circles

Watch when cooking
