2 cups fresh or frozen corn
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
pepper to taste
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
To corn, add milk, butter, flour, and seasonings. Beat eggs together until light and add to the mixture. Pour into a buttered 1 quart baking dish and bake at 350º for 1 hour or until firm like a custard.
