-1 bag frozen shredded hashbrown potatoes (16 oz)
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 beaten egg
-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. greased baking sheet.
2. Place the frozen hashbrowns in a large bowl.
3. Add the olive oil, egg, cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix until the potatoes are evenly coated.
4. Spread the potatoes onto a greased baking sheet. You can also arrange into a pancake shape.
5. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Bake until crispy!
6. Serve and enjoy!
