2 cups sifted flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup butter
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cups orange juice
1 tsp grated orange peel
1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries (chopped)

Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
3-4 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Add egg, orange peel and orange juice all at once. Stir just until mixture is evenly moist. Add cranberries. Spoon into greased 9x5x3" loaf pan. Bake at 350º for an hour and 10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.

Mix powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Drizzle over top of loaf.
