2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
6 large eggs
2-4 T Melted butter
4 T maple syrup or sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups rolled oats (can use Gluten free)
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender, add cottage cheese, eggs , butter maple syrup, vanilla, oats, baking powder and salt. Blend until completely pureed. Prepare on griddle .

Family favorite! These are so yummy and tender. We make a bunch, freeze and then just pop in the microwave to reheat.
