1/2 Cup of Butter, Softened
2 Eggs, well beaten
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Sugar
3 Bananas, Ripe
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 Cup of Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a bowl, cream together butter & sugar with a mixer. Add eggs, vanilla and beat well. Mix in bananas. Set aside.
In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt together. Add flour mixture alternately with milk to the banana mixture. Put mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake for 70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool. Once cooled, remove from the loaf pan and cut into slices.
