2 cups White Lily self-rising flour

1 stick cold butter, grated or cubed

¾ cup cold whole milk buttermilk

2 Tbsp butter



Preheat oven to 415
Place ungreased iron skillet or baking pan to heat.
(This makes for awesome crispy crust.)

In a mixing bowl combine flour and butter,
slowly add buttermilk, until you get the right consistency.

Remove pan from oven, add butter, the hot pan will melt it.

Drop the dough with a scoop or a large spoon onto the melted butter.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
