1 c. - all-purpose flour
1 stick - butter OR margarine, melted
c. - chopped nuts
8 oz. - cream cheese, softened
1 c. - powdered sugar
1 c. - frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed
8 oz. - instant fudge pudding mix
1 c. - powdered milk
3 c. - Pepsi
frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed (optional)
Maraschino cherries (optional)

Grease 9 x 13 baking dish. Mix flour, butter or margarine, and nuts in bowl, and press mixture into baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and whipped topping in bowl. Spread cream cheese mixture over first layer in baking dish and chill. Beat together pudding, powdered milk and Pepsi with wire whisk until thick. Spread pudding mixture on top of cream cheese layer and chill. Cut into squares and top with additional whipped topping and cherries, if desired. Approximately 10 to 12 servings.
