1 (16 oz) container refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
4 oz mozzarella cheese (shredded or diced string cheese works perfectly)
4 tbsp melted butter (half a stick)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning

1️⃣ Preheat & Prep:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2️⃣ Assemble the Cheese Bombs:

Open the biscuit dough and separate into 8 biscuits.
Flatten each biscuit into a circle. Place a piece of mozzarella cheese in the center of each.
Fold the edges of the dough around the cheese, pinching tightly to seal and form a ball.
3️⃣ Garlic Butter Coating:

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.
Brush the garlic butter mixture over each cheese-stuffed biscuit ball.
4️⃣ Bake:

Arrange the cheese bombs on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. These are delicious on their own or paired with marinara sauce for dipping!
