1 lb Cherry tomates cut in half
3 Tbls sun dried tomatoes chopped
2 garlic cloves- chopped
1 small onion chopped
1 tsp olive oil
2 Tbls red/white wine vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste--I do 1 tsp each

Mix together and can be served immediately or its good for a couple of days in the
refrigerator

Daddy and I got this from our cooking class in Germany --the vinegar we brought back really makes this good.
