2 Lb Ground Beef
1 Chopped Onion
3 Carrots
4 Stalks of Chopped Celery
2 28 Oz Cans diced Tomatoes (Undrained)
1 16 Oz Can Red Kidney Beans (drained & rinsed)
1 16 Oz Can White Kidney Beans (drained &rinsed)
3 10 Oz Cans of Beef Stock
3 tsp. Oregano
3 tsp. Parsley
1 20 Oz Jar Spaghetti Sauce
8 Oz of Pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and drain off fat
add Beef and other ingredients (except pasta)
Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or high for 4 to 5 hours
Add pasta 30 minutes before serving
