2 1/2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups shredded zucchini
1/2 cup milk
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Combine the flour, soda, powder, salt and cinnamon. In a large bowl, combine the butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Stir in vanilla and zucchini. Add dry ingredients and milk and mix well. Pour into a greased 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 for one hour.
