CAKE:
1-18.5 oz Yellow Duncan Hines cake mix
1/2 c oil
1-11 oz can mandarin oranges w/juice
4 eggs

ICING:
1-3 1/2 oz pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
1-20 oz can crushed pineapple
1-8 oz Cool Whip

CAKE:
Mix all ingredients well and bake in 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool.

ICING:
Combine pudding mix and crushed pineapple in mixing bowl; fold in cool whip. Spread on cooled cake. keep refrigerated.
