Ingredients:  
1 lb fresh jalapenos - chopped, seeded & washed
2 lg bell peppers - chopped
2 lg onions - chopped
1 1/2 c chopped celery
3-15 oz can tomato sauce
2-12 oz can tomato paste
5 c water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp MGS powder (optional)
1/2 tsp crushed chili pepper
1 tsp tabasco
dash of pepper 1/2 c cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Pepare peppers & chop-mix peppers, onion, bell pepper, celery, tomato sauce, tomato paste & water in large stock pot. Bring to a boil. Simmer 30 minutes, STIR FREQUENTLY - IT WILL SCORCH!

Add dry ingredients & simmer 25 minutes.
Add tabasco & vinegar, simmer 10 minutes.

Can in jars & process in hot water for 20 minutes.
Makes approx 8 pints.
