1 Yellow Cake Mix
1-8 oz sour cream
1 small vanilla instant pudding
3 eggs
1/2 c oil
1/2 c water
1-6 oz pkg chocolate chips
1/2 c chopped pecans
1 german chocolate bar - grated

Icing:
1/2 c margarine - softened
1-1 lb box powdered sugar
1-8 oz cream cheese - softened
1/2 c chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients together well. Fold in chocolate chips, grated german chocolate & pecans. Pour into 9x13 sprayed pan. Bake for 45 minutes @ 375 degrees.

Icing:

Mix next 5 ingredients together well. Spread on warm cake.

If you want save a little german chocolate to sprinkle on top of iced cake. You can also bake this in a 11x15 sheet cake pan or jelly roll pan.
