Brisket
Beef Rub
Optional Creole Butter injection for beef
Apple juice
Apple vinegar
spray bottle
aluminum foil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat smoker to 225º
Trim fat to ½ inch on all sides of brisket
Use whatever rub you like on brisket,(rub on all sides) you can also inject brisket if you like.
Place in smoker fat side down and smoke for 8 hours. Remove brisket and wrap in foil.
Place on cookie sheet in oven and bake at 225º.for and additional and bake for another 8 hours.
Remove brisket from the oven and remove the foil. Place the brisket back in the smoker at 225º and spray with apple juice and apple vinegar every 30-45 minutes. Smoke another 3-4 hours.
Remove and enjoy.
Total baking and smoking time 18-20 hours.
