Ingredients:
3 cups flour
2 Tablespoons dry yeast
2 teaspoons salt
⅔ cup warm milk
⅔ cup warm water
2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Sprinkle flour on board and knead about 5 minutes. Place in bowl and cover and let rise 1½ hours. Remove from bowl and knead dough. Cut into 4 sections. Roll out each slice about an 8th of an inch thick on floured board. Using a large mouth glass or small bowl cut around it to make large circles. Use a skillet with a small amount of olive oil and fry to make pita bread. Once brownish looking on each side remove to plate. Once all cooked spread melted butter over each and sprinkle with parsley and garlic. You can split on one side and fill with veggies and or meat. Landry said you can bake these instead of fry, but she likes to fry them instead.
