Mandarin Orange Green Salad Recipe

1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. sugar or Splenda
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 T. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
dash pepper

4 c. lettuce (Romaine, Baby Romaine, any combination)
4 c. baby spinach leaves
1 c. diagonally sliced celery
1/2 c. sliced green onion tops (optional)
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges
Toss with: dried orange flavored cranberries, candied pecans/walnuts (Emerald brand), toasted almonds, sunflower seeds, fresh raspberries (optional).

For dressing: Combine and shake well. Refrigerate one hour.

Salad: Toss salad ingredients with dressing. Mix and match in any variety.
